基于激光相位噪声的真随机数发生器的设计规范

摘要：

　　Criteria of each three steps of designing a truly random number generator based on the measurement of the phase noise of laser are presented.The true randomness of the entropy source and the theoretical upper limit of the random number generation rate;the relationships of the several characteristics time during harvesting;the post-processing step to eliminate the bias and to accelerate the generation rate and its side effects on the randomness are discussed respectively.
