Description of Three New Record Species of Coslenchus from China (Secernentea,Tylenchida)

Three new record species:Coslenchus alainatus、Coslenchus franklinae and Coslenchus indicus belonging to the genus Coslenchus were found in soil samples collected from the rhizosphere of Glycine max and Pinus olgensis in north China.Female of Coslenchus alainatus was characterize by body of medium length,annules 2.4~2.6μm;lateral fields memebranes lacking,postvulval uterine sac very short;male no found.C.franklinae was distinguished from the lateral fields with four incisures,inner ones of which are close together;lateral vulval membranes conspicuous,two to three annules long;postvulval uterine sac rudimentary,less than 1/4 body-width long or absent;tail regularly tapering,annulated up to tip;male is shorter than female.C.indicus was found female with lateral fields with three incisures;vulval flaps distinct,postvulval uterine sac 1/2 to 1 vulval body diameter long;tail varying in length from 7.8 to 9.1 anal body diameters,terminus rounded;male no found.
