The Analysis of Enterprise Safety Investment Spillover
Safety investment is an important factor as one of ”Five Safety Elements” to help enterprises improve the level of safety and economic benefits,which is related directly to the ”safety output” of companies,safety effect,and the improvement and enthusiasm of workers on the corporate loyalty.Based on the theory of safety economics,and combining with the analysis of ”spillover”,this paper gives a defined definition of safety investment spillover,and analyzes the reasons,forms and factors of enterprises safety investment spillover thoroughly.Besides,it also describes that the effect of safety investment spillover caused by the investment of enterprises is useful for the improvement of the whole safety level in society.The enterprises should understand effects of safety investment spillover and emphasize the safety investment,which embodies their social accountability.
