BT Model Sewage/Return Pipe Network Construction Margin of Safety Management Research

摘要：

Margin of safety management is the sustainable production of basic guarantees.BT model sewage/return pipe network construction is a new environmental investment model.Their scientific,smooth operation,focusing on good margin of safety through the use of pipe network converted value method to calculate annual cost of principal and interest and the price of the pipeline network management.
