Study on Enterprise Safety Management Based on Performance Prism Model
The safety economic performance had an important impact on the enterprise safety production,it was not only part of the enterprise economic performance,but also the result of the interaction of enterprise resources and related to multi-stakeholder,and its improvement depends on the extent of enterprise responding to the requirements of safety stakeholders.Therefore,in order to raise the level of safety management,we must take full account of the interaction and mutual influence between multi-stakeholder and enterprise,and respect to the demands of safety stakeholders,in which the value maximization of safety stakeholders was oriented.The paper analyzed those stakeholders who related to the enterprise safety economic performance based on the principles of safety economics,and applied Performance Prism model to instruct the enterprise how to carry out safety management in which the value maximization of safety stakeholders was oriented.
