Comprehensive Risk Index Appraisal of the Spontaneous Combustion of Sulfide Ores
The spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores is one of significant disasters during sulfide ores deposit mining process.It has brought the huge economic loss and significant personnel casualty to the mine.On the basis of research on ”Dow Chemical fire,explosion risk index evaluation method(DOW)”,comprehensive risk index appraisal method for the spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores is introduced.Every coefficient of DOW and the three essential conditions of spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores are educed,and the comprehensive risk index formula of the spontaneous combustion sulfide ores are obtained.Material coefficient is equal to the tendency of spontaneous combustion of sulfide ores,the environmental condition is equal to the special craft danger index,the granularity,oxygen content,humidity and stack time are equal to the general craft danger index.Finally,considering prevention measures,we obtain the standard table of graduation determination.
