Research on the Competency of Chinese Coal Mine Workers

摘要：

In order to enforce safety management and ensure safety in production of coal mining enterprises,this paper analyzes competency of miners based on the current situation of safety management.Moreover,considering the importance,necessity and urgency of improving competency of miners,this paper provides suggestions at aspects such as establishment of long run working mechanism,transformation of leaders” conception of education,and enforcement of intensity of training.
