Study on Stage Emergency Rescue Preparedness System for Coal Mine Fatal Accident
Aiming at the problems existing in conventional coal mine emergency rescue preparedness in China,a stage emergency rescue preparedness system for coal mine fatal accident is proposed.First,its definition is defined,and its organizational structure is diagramed.Second,organizational structure and key content of each procedure are introduced in detail by three stages,i.e.the preparing stage,implementing stage and ending stage.This composite system is compared with the conventional preparedness.Finally this system is summarized from three characteristic aspects,namely its innovative,instructive and systemic features.This research might be a good reference for compiling the emergency rescue preparedness system for coal mine.
