论贸易政策评审机制在WTO监督机制中的地位
There are transparency measures,committee reviews,trade policy review mechanism and dispute settlement mechanism in the WTO Surveillance Schemes.The TPRM was designed to provide enhanced transparency in the GATT/WTO system,but it has not limited to the pursuit of transparency,it facilitates the enforcement in the sense that information revealed in a TRPM may be used by Members as a basis for enforcement.Those who favor a law-oriented approach to WTO should carefully consider the possibilities that the TPRM has created,because it is through their own behavior that the WTO Members must provide rationalism in international trade relations.
