论我国国际贸易行政诉讼的价值取向
China international trade administrative litigation is a kind of special lawsuit system that stand up according to basic demand of WTO,its basie content is determined together by the basic legal system of WTO and national conditions of China.In China,the international trade administrative litigation guarantees implementation of WTO agreement,the administrative dispute judicial settlement,trade examining,relieving and judicial economy of international trade,etc.and it can promote the liberalization of trade,it is fair to realize trade,ensure the interests to equilibrate,safeguard the double justice of common right and private right.
