A real-time intelligent system for order processing in B2C e-Commerce
Applying theories and technologies of Artificial Intelligence,this paper focuses on improving the intelligence and scientificalness of real-time processing of e-Commerce order.First of all,we analyze key tasks in real-time intelligent processing for e-Commerce order and the processing flow of the order.After that,the processing principles of these key tasks are expounded.Based on the above analyses,a hierarchical structure of the real-time intelligent processing for e-Commerce order is presented and based on which,the systematic structure of the real-time intelligent order processing is designed.Finally,the feasibility of the real-time intelligent system for e-commerce order processing is verified by the application of it to an urban online bookstore.The application shows that this research is beneficial to improving the intelligence,scientificalness of e-Commerce order processing.
