Analyze for In Pnanowires morphology formed by Au -assisted metal- organic chemical vapor deposition

摘要：

In this paper,the (VLS) growth of the In PNWs on In P(100) substrate with Au particles as catalyst was reported.The NWs exhibit morphologies such as straight,bottle - shape,cone - shape,etc.Different effects which cause those morphologies were analyzed.
