Solutions of Terrestrial Ubiquitous Monitoring and Controlling Network
With the continuous developments of sccial life and people” s great concern on social issues,the requirements of response time to emergency events are increasing rapidly.The original monitoring and controlling networks have limitation in various respects.Therefore the concept of terrestrial ubiquitous monitoring and controlling network has been proposed in this paper.The proposed networks are general,flexible,mobile,real - time,high efficiency and cover widely.On the basis of the existing public mobile communications network,the networks are based on high - speed data packet access technology and virtual special channel combining both wired and wireless links.The general solution model and key technology are discussed.
