A Study on the Unit Design of Housing Based on User Participation
South Korea”s rapid changes in the housing market and to actively respond to the demands of the era,as well as the development of new co-housing plan are required to present concrete action plans.Quantity of demand for housing should respond to the previous period of the plan to the Housing Needs of Residents of the ”average” was to find.Should respond to the demand for the quality of housing design is as ”diversity”,”differentiation” is a reality.So this study explores the user participated unit plan design in Housing.User participation contains the democratic meaning that their requirement is reflected by through individual participation.In user participation method,the various kinds of supplying methods for consideration of user”s characteristic are required.The diversity of living space,sustainable housing,open system,information on planning and housing for the residents and the Japan Co-operative Housing would like to know about is the example of Tojuso.
