The Evaluation Based on the Specialists” Opinion Selection of Capacity of Agent Construction Units in Government Invested Projects

摘要：

Since agent construction first was introduced into and popularized in the government invested project.As to the problem of adverse selection,the study established the comprehensive evaluation model using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method on the basis of the review of foreign relative studies and expert interviews,designs a model based on the specialists” opinion selection,and proves the measure”s validity and practicability with Agent Construction Project of a University”s building.
