Research on the Scientific and Technological Reform for Promoting Farmers” Sustainable Income Growth in Western China
Based on the analysis of difficulties of Guizhou peasants” income-increasing and the status quo of farmers” income-increasing through technology services,the author proposed three countermeasures to the peasants” sustainable income-increasing and deepening the reform of agricultural technology service system:increasing the investment of technology services,innovating financing channels;strengthening the leadership and promoting the reform of management system;vigorously promoting service mode reform and cultivating diversified service organization and operation mode.
