Analysis on Chinese Poverty-alleviation Work in Rural Areas—Taking Guizhou as an Example

摘要：

The Chinese strategies of poverty-alleviation have undergone a historical transition from traditional style of relief to modern anti-poverty style and obtained successful achievements so far.However,there also exists some issues on the mechanism of policy targeting,the investment of poverty-alleviation,the effectiveness of anti-poverty,and the management mode of poverty-alleviation.From the institutional thought,we must adjust the policy of poverty alleviation and innovate the mechanisms and approaches of poverty-alleviation to promote the poverty-alleviation development.
