Issues and Countermeasures on the Game of Land Property in Western Hydroelectric Development Reservoir Area
The institutional economics believes that ”if a kind of resources doesn”t have an exclusive ownership,it will be led to over-exploitation.” In the course of the exploitation of hydroelectric power resources in the western area,the controversy over some land property not only leads to excessive exploitation of land,but also makes different economic subjects to play game.It will be the hidden danger for constructing harmonious society and good ecological environment.This paper is just putting forward primary countermeasures for the issues mentioned above caused by the game of land property.
