Improving the Employability of Farmers of Western China to Solve the Problem of Poverty

摘要：

This paper is about the rapid development of the western region;landless farmers have increased as a result of land acquisition year by year.Thus,employment of landless peasants becomes a prominent focus of attention.Through the analysis on the present situation and causes of landless peasants” employment,effective solutions are raised in order to enhance the employability of peasant and solve their problem of poverty.
