The Integration Policy System of Urban and Rural Areas in the Perspective of Poverty Alleviation in West China

摘要：

The poverty in western China are mainly poor farmers.To basically solve the poverty issue,we must implement the whole planning of urban and rural integration,and effectively get poverty alleviation during the interaction between the urban and the rural.Hence,a series of urban and rural integration policies should be implemented to transform the durable structure of urban and rural division situation and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas in western areas.
