The Plastic Surgery Unit at the Alfred Hospital Melbourne,Australia-has been involved in Osseointegration procedures for over 15 years.Applications include intraoral,extraoral facial prosthetic attachment,prosthetic digital attachment,and OPRA-Osseointegrated Prosthetic Rehabilitation of Amputees.We did the first 2 lower limb OPRA cases in 2000.
