大腿前侧穿通支显微皮瓣用于小儿重建
The anterolateral thigh perforator flap(ALT flap) is a highly versatile and reliable flap in thereconstruction of various soft tissue defects in the body.However, it was rarely reported in the reconstruction of children because of relative difficulty in perforator dissection. The purpose of this study is to review a series offive ALT perforator flaps transplanted in children and toelucidate the technical pitfalls.
