以复合式阔背肌皮瓣-腹股沟皮瓣重建巨大组织缺损

摘要：

　　Reconstruction of a large defect at thoraco-abdominal or sacrococcygeal defect is a challenging task toplastic surgeon. The combined Latissimus Dorsi-Groinflap had been adopted as one of the useful solutions.However, to our best knowledge, only few cases were documented in the literature. Here we report two cases.
