The Progress in Penile Reconstruction

There has been over 70 years since the first case of penile reconstruction was conducted.Nowadays,the most popular way to reconstruct the male genitalia is the ”tube in tube” free radial forearm flap.The complete procedure of performing a phalloplasty should include reconstruction in a one-stage operation of a neophallus with urethra,prothesis and erogenous and tactile sensation.
