Review of Experiences of China”s First Case of Allogeneic Facial Composite Tissue Transplantation
Objective:to review and summary the surgical design,implementation and postoperative effect of the first allogeneic facial composite tissue transplantation,combined with foreign cases to investigatetheexperiences and lessons learned.Methods:From the surgical design,surgery simulation,digital simulative model surgery,various unexpected intraoperative situation appearing and processing,and postoperative appearance to summarizes and analyzes the relationship betweensurgicalplan,implementation and postoperative results.Results and Conclusions:Successful implementation of the surgery,transplantation of allogeneic composite tissue survived totally,nerve sensory and motor function recovered gradually,and facial contour of the donor and autologous are different.
