Autologous Fat Graft and Bone Marrow Cells Assisted Fat Graft for Treatment of Hemifacial Atrophy

摘要：

Objective:Progressive facial hemiatrophy is characterised by slowly progressive atrophy of one side of the face,primarily involving the subcutaneous tissue and fat.The restoration of contour and symmetry is the main challenge in patients affected by this syndrome.Fat graft is a promising treatment but has some problems,such as unpredictability and a low rate of graft survival due to partial necrosis.
