Pre-Expanded Supraclavicular Fasciocutaneous Island Flap Pedicled on the Transverse Cervical Artery for Post-Burn Neck Reconstruction

摘要：

Objective:Post-bum scar contractures of neck represents a surgical problem for the plastic and reconstructive surgeon.To improve functional and cosmetic results,we use pre-expanded supraclavicular fasciocutaneous island flap pedicled on the transverse cervical artery as a feasible choice for post-burn neck reconstruction.
