Repair of Faciocervical Scars with Expanded-Delayed Deltopectoral Flaps

摘要：

Objective To introduce a method for repair of faciocervicalscars with expanded-delayed dehopectoralflap.Methods The surgical procedure is divided into three stages.First stage operatior,the deltopectoral flap was delayed through making part of skin incision around the expanding flaps to improve flap survival,and a properly sized skin soft tissue expander was implantated under the delayed deltopeetoral flap,followed byinflation with saline twice aweek.At the second stage operation,the sized skin soft tissue expander was removed,and the expanded deltopectoral flaps was made by dissecting the flap along the delaying line.
