Repair and Reconstruction of Tissue Defects or Cica-Contracture Deformities on Face and Neck with Island Skin Flaps

摘要：

Introduction The tissue defects and cica-contracture on face and neck are severe disaster for the patients” functions and appearances.The repair and reconstruction is very important.There are multiple and stable blood supply systems on face,neck and thoracic skin,which are the suitable donor sites for the skin flaps.In this study,the repair of tissue defects on face and neck using Single or multipleisland skin flaps with multiple blood supply system was explored.
