Effect of Oxymatrine on TGF-β/Smad Signaling Pathway in Human Keloid Fibroblasts
Objective To study the mechanism of the suppression of oxymatrine on collagen synthesis of human keloid fibroblasts.Metholds Human keloid fibroblasts were cultured as an experimental model.The effect of oxymatrine on TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway were analyzed by Western Blot.Meanwhile,the mRNA of positive molecule were analyzed by RT-PCR.ResultsThe expression of TGF-β1,TβRI,TβRII,Smad4,Smad7 were insignificant compared to control group.
