The Gene Expression and Significance of Transforming Growth Factor-β1 and β-catenin in Pathological Scar

摘要：

Objective To study the gene expression of transforming growth factor β1 (TGF-β1)and β-catenin and to explore their effect in pathological scars.Methods RT-PCR techniques were used to detect the gene expression of TGF-β1 and β-cateninin 22 case of keloid,29 cases of hypertrophic scarand 18 cases of normal skin,and statistics was used to analyze the data.
