Effect of Oxymatrine on Proliferation and Apoptosis of Human Keloid Fibroblasts

摘要：

Objective To study the effects of oxymatrine on proliferation and apotosis of human keloid fibroblasts and the action mechanism.Methods Human keloid fibreblasts were cultured as an experimental model and the effect of oxymatrine was examined.Cell proliferation was determined by MTr assay,and apoptosis of fibroblasts was analyzed by TUNEL.
