Expression and Significance of GSK3 β in Pathological Scar

摘要：

Objective To investigate the expression of GSK3β of Wnt/β-catenin pathway in pathological scar and make sure that the role of GSK3βin the pathogenesis of pathological scar.Methods mmunohistochemiscal technique was performed to measure the distribution of GSK3β in 30 cases of keloid(group A),30 cases of hypertrophic scar(group B)and 20 cases of normal skin (group C),and statistics was used to analyze the data.
