Delayed Application of the Remnant in Reconstructed Ear in Microtia

摘要：

OBJECTIVE:During the early process of ear reconstruction in cases of microtia patients,we used the remnant to repair some structures of the ear in the first stage of the operation.Later,we learnt that some comlications,such as skin necrosis and lobule deformity,might be avoided by a delayed procedure of the remnant.This article is to explore the delayed application of the remnant in repairing the reconstructed ear in microtia.
