Objective To sum up the indications of the methods for immediate breast reconstruction after modified radical mastectomy.Metheds We performed immediate breast reconstruction with breast implant;tissue expanders followed by breast implant or combination of DIEP flap with TRAM flap;pedicled LDF with implant and pedicled TRAM flap.
