The Definition And Surgical Approach to Cicatricial Cryptotia

摘要：

Background:The external ear and adjacent skin were always involved in extensive deep bum of the head and the face.Adhesion between auricle and retroauricular cranial wall and mastoidea could occur after wound healing due to cicatricial contracture,leading to the disappearing of cranioaural angle,and the concealment of the survival auricle in the scar totally.The ear deformity shared some characteristics with congenital cryptotia.
