摘要：

Objective To construct the tissue engineering adipose in vivo with human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells(hUCMSCs) and silk fibroin scaffold,and research the effect of different transplantation spots on the survival of tissue engineering adipose.Methods hUCMSCs were seeded in silk fibroin scaffold and cultured one to two weeks in vitro.
