Objective:To investigate the distribution of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) transfected with Ad-EGFP in kidney and pancreatic tissues,and the variation of blood glucose,weight and ulcer area after cell transplantation,in model rats of diabetic foot ulcer.
