BACKGROUND:Insulin is an important component of the adipogenic inducers.Insulin have the half-life,which can not replace the culture medium to achieve the purpose in the vivo like in the vitro.Transfeetion of insulin gene can stabilize the secretion of insulin,which can promote Adipogenic differentiation.
