Objective:To investigate the reason and treatment of Diffuse foreign body grenuloma caused by polyacylamide hydrogel injection for breast augmentation.Methods:An incision on infra mammary plica was maken to carry out mastectomy.Results:The wound healed on the fine stage,and apian disappeared.
