摘要：

Objective To investigate the method to evaluate the transplantation volume of autologous fat granulars pre-opeation.Methods The day before autologous fat granulars,physiological saline was injected in recipient areas to reached satisfactory results by the doctor and patient.The second day,Autologous fat granulars was injected into recipient areas with an amount of 50％ Over.
