Plastic Repair of Combined Injury in Ankle and Leg

摘要：

Objective To explore surgical approach and summarize repair method of combined injury in ankle and leg.Methods Wound cleaning,red light therapy,burn treatment instrument,and negative pressure occlude combined with irrigation were used during perioperative period.Both transplantation of saphenous nerve cross leg flap,anterolateral thigh flap and local skin flap,and split thickness skin grafting were used for reconstruction.
