Plastic Repair of Avulsed Injury in Multiple Partsof the Body
Objective:To discuss the treatment of avulsed injurat drfferert parts of the body and the judgement of reuse or discard of the avulsed flap.Methods:Retrospectively analyzed plastic restoration of 58 cases according to the size and shape of avulsion,which including avulsed skin trimmed as intermediate split thickness skin graft ;autologous skin graft after allogenous skin coverage;local flap graft covering the exposed blood vessels,nerves,bone joints and testicles;keep part of the avulsed skin to graft suture back;expanded flap graft covering the exposed skull.Results:Of 58 cases,46 healed bin first stage,10 delayed,and 2 of the avulsed skin graft suture back was complicated with flap tip necrosis and was repaired by the secondary operation.
