A Modified Central Gland Pedide Technique for Correction of Breast Ptosis and Macromastia:a Comparison with Several Other Techniques

摘要：

Objective To introduce a better technique for the correction of breast ptosis and macromastia.Methods Based on Double ring technique (Himderer technique),an 7 cm V shaped incision was added to reduce the width of mammary skin.with this parachute-shaped incision and excess skin removal,the remained skin can cover moderate gland which is based on deep blood vessel after radial direction removal of excess gland and get a well shaped new breast.
