Circulating microparticles from db/db diabetic mice induce dysfunction and apoptosis to cerebral endothelial cells

摘要：

Objectives Type-2 diabetes is a well known risk factor for cerebral vascular diseases.Our previous study showed that circulating microparticles(MPs)of db/db diabetic mice are high in number and cause dysfunction to endothelial progenitor cells.
