Percutaneous renal artery angioplasty and stenting for lightningtype pulmonary edema in a solitary dysfunctioning kidney caused by takayasus arteritis also involved coronary artery
We reported a case of a 47 year-old man,with one year history of refractory hypertention,who presented with lightning-type pulmonary edema for 3 months,based on angiographic involvement belonging to Takayasu” arteritis Type Ⅳ.The patient only with a Solitary dysfunctioning Kidney involved right coronary artery simutaneously,successfully treated by percutaneous renal artery intervention with a stent and had a good clinical outcome after 6 months.
