Effect of rosuvastatin on ALT in patients undergoing cardiovascular angiographic and correlation analysis
Objectives To explore the influence of rosuvastatin on ALT(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase)and analyze the risk factors effecting ALT in patients undergoing cardiovascular angiographic.Methods The 84 patients with lightmoderate renal insufficiency and type 2 diabetes? undergoing cardiovascular angiographic were included.They were randomized into control group(45 cases)and rosuvastatin group (39 cases).Preoperative ALT and post-operative ALT at 72 h were recorded.The statistical analysis was performed between the two groups.
