Real-time tracking of adipose tissue-derived stem cells with injectable scaffolds in the infarcted heart

摘要：

Objectives Adipose tissue-derived stem cells(ADSCs)show promises in the emerging field of regenerative medicine.Many studies highlighted the importance and of coadministering a ”scaffold” for increasing intramyocardial retention of stem cells.This study was to perform effective imaging tracking of transplanted ADSCs combined with injectable scaffolds in heart.
