Repair of anterior mitral leaflet prolapse/chordae rupture using artificial loops in preoperatively echo-determined length

摘要：

Backgroud Chordae reconstruction is onc of the key points in repair of mitral valve prolapse and/or chordeal rupture,especially for anterior leaflets.However,fabricating artificial chordael loops intraoperatively is time-consuming.Here,we introduce our experiences of using echo-determined normal chordael length to make the loops preoperatively and rebuild the prolapsed/ruptured chordae intraoperatively.
