Background The changes regularity of platelet and coagulation activation after transcatheter closure of Atrial Septal Defect(ASD)has still not been clarified clearly so far.The objective of this study was to investigate the dynamic changes of platelet and coagulation activation following 3 different antithrombotic treatments for device thrombosis prophylaxis after ASD closure.
